Film Collaboration Bursary – Closing Date Extended

As one of the principal aims of the project is to support the professional development of those working in the sector and to support the development of new work, this bursary is for a filmmaker and writer to collaborate in the development of a new project. The purpose of this is to encourage practitioners to work together and learn from each other and to seed the development of new ideas that may be made into films in the future. Concepts for film projects in any context or genre will be considered.

For those interested in developing a collaborative partnership, a workshop will be held on Tuesday 18th June in the Leitrim County Council Chambers with SLR partners with a panel discussion with filmmaker Nichola Bruce, writer Pat McCabe and writer Brian Leyden. (See meet-ups for further details.)

The closing date for receipt of completed applications has been extended to Midnight 12^th August 2019
